Here a few tips to elevate your experience:

Find a comfortable space, be sure its quiet.

Dim the lights & light a candle, or use essential oils.

Find a seated position, sit tall with your shoulders relaxed.

Release any tension in your neck & jaw.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and exhale sigh it out loudly. Repeat 3-5 times.
